Sosialisasi Teknis dan Kehumasan Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru (PMB) Tahun 2022 oleh Forum Direktur Politeknik Negeri Se-Indonesia (FDPNI) dilaksanakan secara daring via zoom meeting (28/12/2021).
Peserta undangan kegiatan dari jajaran Wakil Direktur Bidang Akademik, Staf Teknis IT Akademik, dan Staf Humas Politeknik Negeri Se-Indonesia masing-masing perwakilan 1 (satu) orang. Sosialisasi dibuka oleh Ketua Forum Direktur Politeknik Negeri Se-Indonesia (FDPNI) Dr Ing Ahmad Taqwa MT menjelaskan, kegiatan sebagai ajang silaturahmi sekaligus memulai struktur dan tata kelola baru di Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Vokasi, saat ini tidak hanya ada bidang akademik saja, namun diperkuat juga untuk kelembagaan dan sumber daya.
“Bahwa forum ini tidak diwajibkan secara nasional, kita mengenalkan, kita lakukan secara bersama-sama dan bukan menjadi suatu kewajiban, dengan tujuan untuk kebersamaan PMB, bersama dari sisi waktu supaya seleksi dapat dilaksanakan dengan tajam pada jalur undangan dan tes melalui Seleksi Nasional Masuk Politeknik Negeri (SNMPN) dan Seleksi Bersama Masuk Politeknik Negeri (SBMPN),” kata Ketua FDPNI saat memberikan sambutan.
“Tahun depan akan bergabung bersama kita dari Akademi Komunitas untuk jenjang Diploma Dua (D2),” pungkas Ketua FDPNI yang saat ini juga menjabat sebagai Direktur Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya (Polsri).
Direktur Akademik dan Pendidikan Tinggi Vokasi, Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Vokasi, Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi (Kemdikbudristek), Dr Beny Bandanadjaja ST MT menjelaskan, jenjang Sarjana telah diatur dalam Permendikbud Nomor 6 Tahun 2020.
“Jenjang lain seperti Diploma Tiga (D3) dan lainnya belum diatur. Adapun jenjang yang belum diatur boleh dikelola, baik secara mandiri atau bersama. Selanjutnya SNMPN sebentar lagi akan kita buka, sangat perlu adanya koordinasi bersama,” ungkap direktur saat memberikan arahan kepada peserta.
Kepala Bidang Data dan Statistik Pendidikan (PDSP) Pusat Data dan Teknologi Informasi Kemendikbud (Pusdatin), Drs L Manik Mustikohendro MSi menyampaikan, tata kelola data pada jalur SNMPN dari Pusdatin sebagai data awal.
“Kita samakan persepsi mengapa data harus terintegrasi dan soal teknis bagaimana, forum politeknik nanti yang akan menjelaskannya. Dan bagaimana jika ditemukan NIK Ganda pada peserta, maka yang digunakan data integrasi kami dengan pusat (dispendukcapil pusat),” tegas kepala PDSP Pusdatin sebagai narasumber saat menjawab pertanyaan dari salah satu undangan.
Acara dilanjutkan dengan sesi diskusi dan tanya jawab dipandu moderator Andri Suryandari SSos MedKom, Humas Politeknik Elektronika Negeri Surabaya (PENS). Peserta mengikuti kegiatan dengan saksama mulai awal sampai akhir. (D-YSB)
